When I saw 1000+ Eps, I thought it was One Piece, then I saw the name and thumbnail and I was like WTF.
Why does this series have 1000+ eps, yet I've never ever heard about it from anywhere? Not YT or any Forums.

the last 3 conan films grossed over $300 million
a so called popular anime like mha total of 3 films only grossed $100
last 3 dc also outgrossing the last 3 one piece films

also detective conan is the 4th highest selling manga series of all time making it one of the biggest manga out there

Waaahh, I'm surprised you never heard of this series. It's not as popular as it was in the past but it still great. I've been watching this since I was 6 yrs old or something and I'm from Asia so probably it got more promoted here. There are a lot of fillers but most of them are good. A lot of ppl probably already forgot about the series cause the main plot kinda slow paced. If you like mystery, murder cases you should watch this. The movies have amazing animation and plot too.

You can’t blame American audiences were not lucky getting episodes in English subs hell I didn’t care about the series til the author did a collaboration cover with oda this year .You know the one piece and detective Conan cover

It's more popular in Asia than it's in the west, and it's the second most viewed anime in Japan, so is pretty popular over there.

It's a very good anime, I highly recommend it, and if you don't want to watch all 1000 episodes you can watch only the ones that are canon, since most of it is just filler :))

Yep pretty much popular hell I didn’t care til oda who does one piece did a collaboration with aoyoma who’s known for detective Conan this year .The reason why we don’t talk about it is because the lack of most episodes being translated into English as it’s more popular in Japan ,the west is kinda in the state where we talk about mainstream battle shonen ,take chainsawman for example everyone is excited for that series because of that and in my opinion there is nothing wrong with that but some people want something different that isn’t apparently popular in the mainstream

The answer is it’s kinda popular in Japan it’s less popular in American due to everyone loving what I call the mainstream battle shonen format where we talk about action shonen way too much

Shukichi > Conan > Akai in terms of deductive ability imo.

Oh, and I guess if you consider Conan's Dad he's probably either Shukichi or in my opinion, even higher since he didn't even need to know hot/cold he just needed to know what was on the counter to instantly tell.

No random hints either from Genta shaking a machine. Though I don't remember them ever being compared (Shukichi and Yuusaku) but I know Conan and Shukichi have been compared and so have Akai and Conan.

Still another example that YUSAKU is way Smarter than Shinichi!!!!
